Day 10 Week 2 Dana

Helllo Bean! Hmm. I dont know why you are feeling bloated, but like I said via text, I didnt start seeing results until the end of the second week.. Also, I think you may want to cut those hot dogs out. You can eat them on occassion, but I dont think they are good to have every day (even the light ones). stick with chicken, turkey, fish, and lean red meats. I think that maybe the salt in the hot dogs are making you feel bloaty!


Okay so what I ate on day 10:

Breakfast: Ran out of cheerios, so went to Special K, with the Almond Milk

Lunch 1: Grilled Chicken, Hot Sauce, Mushroom Risotto

Dinner: Cashews, Peanuts & Onion Soup Broth. (I was at work, so my food availability was limited) lol..

Today is day 11, its going pretty well. So far today I have eaten--

Breakfast: SAME as yesterday

Snack: Half small container of cheerios (you know the ones that they sell at 711), I really shouldnt be eating these without a protein, but Im starving.

Lunch: Will be a dairy free protein shake.

Dinner 1: TBD

Dinner 2: TBD
