I cant believe we are almost at 2 weeks!
This weekend was messy. I stayed on the diet but with not the best foods (i.e. Im not letting those hot dogs go bad... there are only 2 left in the package). haha but I stopped being bloated, and I weighed myself today....
135!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I hopped off, and hopped back on cause I was like "this must be a mistake." But it wasnt! Im so giddy about that.
Ive been eating basically the same stuff, but I did watch that Food Inc. movie last night, and I have a feeling Im going to be eating less meat. That movie really screwed me up. Next time I purchase meat, Im going to have to force myself to go to Whole Foods and buy the free range stuff cause my heart broke last night, and I cant support that industry the way I have.
Kristen has been curious as to why Cheerios are ok. I didnt have an answer, so Im turning to you.
And as for when we are hanging out... please anytime! Im free pretty much all the time. Youre the one with the difficult schedule, so let me know and Ill work around that. I love seeing you more than once every six months, and Im not gonna give that up. :)
