Day 10 Week 2 Nina

Weight: 138/139

I feel like Im doing something wrong here. How long was it till you started seeing results Dane? Because now I feel like Im back to being bloated, and its making me kinda sad. I have to incorporate more exercise into my life I guess.

Breakfast: 3/4 cup cheerios and 1 cup almond milk

In my saddness I ate
Lunch: 2 lite bores head hot dogs. And I wonder why Im bloated?

DINNER: CHEAT MEAL ALERT
1 slice of grandma pizza
1 slice of fresh tomato and mozarella pizza with basil
I had to cause I worked today and this was the only dinner option, but it was TOTALLY AWESOME and thank God for the cheat meal. I was so craving it. And now I can go back to the diet without feeling sad... even though Im still fat. FUCK!
