Day 4 Week 1 Dana

So I worked a double yesterday (saturday) so it was tough to eat 4 meals.. but here it is:

Breakfast: Same as the past few days

Lunch: 2 Rice Cakes, 2 tbsp reduced fat peanut butter, hard boiled egg white

Dinner: Rice with mixed veggies & Chicken, with hot sauce!

I didnt eat enough yesterday at all. Blah.
