Week 1 day 3 dana

Loll yes your body is in shock but in a good way! Keep melting those pounds away! Oh boy, just bacon huh!? Sounds like hes gonna need draino after that diet! Heres my menu from today!

Breakfast: same as day 1& 2

Lunch: tequila lime seasoned chicken and mushroom risotto.. YUMMMM

Dinner #1: lemon pepper seasoned chicken and some more of that yummy risotto

Dinner #2: romaine salad w tomatoes, mushrooms, egg whites and avocado- oil n vinegar!
