So Ive been good all week knowing that this night was on the horizon... my friend invited us to the Yankee game, and to go to the Audi Room. Basically what that is, is a restaurant, with an upscale AMAZING buffet with everything you could imagine from lobster to risotto (theirs DEF had cheese in it) to sushi and beyond. They also had a dessert spread like heaven. So to prepare myself for the biggest cheat meal of the century, I only ate 3 small cereal bars all day. Then... I gorged. It was glorious. Come to think of it, the only thing I ate off the diet was dairy. I still didnt have any bread or pasta. But, the recommended serving size, farrrr exceeded. Today I weighed myself expecting a 10lb gain, and NADA! Thats the best part of this diet. Your body compensates for the random cheats. Awesome!! Im down to 122. So all is well...
Week 3... It begins
SO far I had cheerios & almond milk
Snack will be: Pumpkin Flax Seed Granola Bar
Lunch will likely be: Mushroom Risotto and Grilled Chicken.
Dinner: Gonna be tough because Im working but probably a mix of nuts and protein shake. lol
We have to get rolling on the Min to Win BBQ, I am expecting to have it 2 weeks from Sunday. So all needs to start falling into place.
