Weight: 138, same same same. Im excited for when I finally get to see anything less than that. I think itll be a real morale booster when I see 135. Im hoping that happens.
Yesterday:
I was starting to feel a little bored yesterday by what I was eating. I guess eating the same thing 7 days straight does that to a person.
Breakfast: Muti-grain cheerios with unsweetened Almond milk.
Lunch: 4 egg whites, sliced ham, veggie booty
Dinner 1: Chicken with arborio and stirfry
Dinner 2: Chichen with salad and that awesome vineger.
*When I put it all into myplate on livestrong.com (love this site!) it came out to 1132 calories. Not too bad. Im not trying to stay under the suggested calories to lose 2 lbs a week, but I am except for those booze days. In total, I went over about 600 calories, but every other day was under, and some were way under. So I think itll even out.
Today:
Breakfast: Honey Oat bar, 1 cup almond milk unsweetened.
Trying to mix it up is hard!
Lunch: 1 can of Campbells Chicken and Rice soup and veggie booty
Snack: Peanuts
Dinner #1: Sashimi kotobuki and rice
Dinner #2: 1 cup ground turkey
Today is a very full day. About 100 calories over on livestrong. Im OK with that.
