short circuit fat loss

2 Workouts.  Two Very Different Results.

Two friends have been working out for months...

Both are in their late 30s  Both have young families.  Both are busy.  And theyve experienced the same frustration in the past where results just dont seem to happen like they did when they were younger.  Theyve blamed age, having children, diet, and many other things.  Almost accepting that only certain people can really get fit, healthy and change their bodies.


Then Clair makes a decision and a simple change.  Instead of continuing to stumble blindly along in hope of a miracle: working out in long boring cardio sessions or cramming in a body sapping training session at random times, she commits to something easierno more than around 20 minutes of exercise 3-4 times a week.  At first it seems like it is too short.  But she decided to make a change - what has she got to lose?  Her friend Lisa decides to keep doing what shes been doing...

...So Lisa continues forcing her tired body through long knee-crushing cardio runs, hectic classes and a confusing balancing act of resistance training and some trendy 90 minute fitness program.  And as she does so she sails effortlessly into the Stress Hormone Phase.  Frustration soon kicks in again.  Her body is constantly shocked, heradrenals are overloaded and the workouts that are supposed to make her feel better and lose weight immediately begin doing the opposite.  But Lisa keeps going because she fears if she doesnt she wont get fit and lose the stubborn body fat shes trying so hard to lose...

Quickly her body starts experiencing a series of negative chemical responses leading to a variety of disorders such as memory impairment, digestive problems and increased body fat storage - amongst many other negative effects - and this eventually opens the door to the classic: weight gain - particularly around the midsection and trouble spots.  But, still she continues to try to outsmart her body, because after all, shes working out...surely this will all work soon..


Back to Clair. Now a new version of Clair is committing less time to training!  Shes having fun.  She can fit in a fast effective workout whenever she wants and use classic and proven exercises that multiply the fat burning 10x - in much less time.  

Doing less is scientifically proven to elevate mood and prime her body to burn fat, even after she finishes.  She never reaches the dreaded Stress Hormone Phase so her body works efficiently and begins showing continuous results leading to her feeling happier and healthier.

She now has control over her life and the body she knew deep down she could get.  All by doing less, but being much smarter about it.
