Breakfast: Kashi TLC Crunchy Pumpkin Flax Granola Bar
Lunch: Protein Plus Special K & Almond Milk (needed something quick)
Snack: Another kashi bar
Dinner: Veggie burger & Tomato (no bun obv.) corn, one rib (bad, but I couldnt resist, its bad bc it had BBQ sauce on it)
Dinner 2: Spanish Stir Fried Rice (i ate this too late, so today prob was a little off) but it had chicken ham and scallions and eggs and brown rice and it was yummy
So looks like we are doing A-O-K so far :)
