also- yes, nuts would work. I would recommend walnuts in a bind like that because they fill you up the most, if its gonna be a meal you dont want to hungry before bed. So maybe some nuts and a jello would be good.
Sooo heres day 5.... CHEAT MEAL ALERT!!!!! (123 lbs)
Breakfast- Same
Lunch- Ground Turkey & Brown Rice
Dinner- Two Hot Dogs (bunless) & Chicken leg (deskinned because there was BBQ sauce on the skin)
CHEAT- Tiny piece of choc peanut butter ice cream cake & 3 mini entemmans cookies! YUM the cheat meal is what makes this diet work, because you never feel like you are missing out!!!
