Complete each circuit as directed with 60 seconds rest in between circuits.

Warm up: 1 mile jog

Circuit #1

60 seconds jumping rope

45 seconds burpees

30 seconds push ups

Circuit #2

60 seconds jumping jacks

45 seconds crab walks

30 seconds burpees

Circuit #3

60 second plank

45 second bicycle crunches

30 second donkey kicks

Circuit #4

60 second side plank 

45 second flutter kicks

30 second push ups

Cool Down: 1 mile jog
