Breakfast:
2 egg Whites, Ham slice, ketchup and 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk.
By the way... how good is the almond milk? Its the creamiest one Ive found and its the closest to milk Ive had.
Lunch:
2 rice cakes, 2 tablespoons of natural reduced fat peanut butter. 1 glass water
Snack:
1 serving of those soy chips... my breath was kickin after those... they were garlic flavored I think. Yikes.
Dinner 1:
Chicken baked with garlic seasoning (to continue the amazing smell of my mouth) arborio, and stir fry veggies.
Dinner 2: 1/2 cup of chopped meat (beef... we didnt have turkey :( )
I drank 2 quarts of green tea which means that I was #1ing and #2ing all damn day. It was... interesting.
I may have a sugar free jello... Im thinking about it. I just finished walking for 40 minutes and Im hot. We shall see.
10PM I did eat the Jello... but Tony is eating Tostitos and salsa in front of me and Im dying. Thank God were doing this together, because if we werent, Id totally sneak a chip. But nope nope nope ( I did heavily smell the bag though... and they smelled delicious)
